When you seek legal assistance with Gabrielle Martin Legal, Ms Martin will take you through a process which accurately assesses what solution is best for your legal problem.

At the first consultation, Ms Martin will review your legal issues and any documentation you have which is relevant to your problem.

After the review and assessment, she will be able to professionally advise you whether -

• You need to provide further documents in relation to your issue
• Whether the case should proceed to mediation (at little or no cost to you), or a letter of demand is appropriate;
• Or if you should consider court proceedings.

Costs and Agreements

At Gabrielle Martin Legal, we will provide you with a Costs Agreement to consider before you commit to engaging with our services.

This agreement sets out to estimate the fees and charges associated with your legal assistance.

Half hour and one hour appointments are available for consultations.
